As a Francophile, I find the whole French motto of good food, good wine, and good company to be a sort of life philosophy that I adamantly adhere to. Stone fruit caramelized in a cast iron skillet and flipped over a bed of pastry…fresh flowers artfully arranged into a bouquet on my coffee table…scented candles that remind me of the lavender fields of Provence…these are just a few of my favorite things that remind me of France and help me maintain a sense of joie de vivre on the daily.
After creating my popular French food blog MonPetitFour.com, I realized that there were many Francophiles out there that share my love of French food and France.
