I really enjoyed the tutorial! I've read through other recipes for making my own puff pastry, but they seemed very daunting (making a butter ball and literally whacking at the dough with my rolling pin). Your video was easy to follow and made the process seem VERY manageable. Something my son and I could even do together on a weekend 🙂
